Job Centre
It's over
while I wait to begin
at the end of the road
looking back
I wonder if it's possible to believe
that what's behind
can give me hope
that the road so far
can pave future ways
The carefully placed building blocks
my firm foundation
lie cracked and broken
hardcore for another future

I should explain that I wrote this a while ago.
Every visit to the job centre left me feeling lower and more useless.
I'm ok now though!
