We are about to set off for newcastle where the kids are all doing the junior great north run for various charities.

I couldn't get a place this time but I did Jack's run with him which was both fun and an education.
I watched the main run on tv this morning and so wished I'd been there.
The kids all enjoyed the runs and did well.
Now I better start training for the next one.
